I recently retired after being an environmental chemist. My wife and I have lived in Rolling Meadows for more than 25 years. In my teens I played chess often; I still have some of my chess books. I've taught a couple of my nephews (and a niece) to play. Teaching kids who choose to be there and are eager to learn sounds very exciting and rewarding,
