Plans, coordinates, administers, and implements training events, training programs and curricula to improve employee performance service wide for a diverse student population.Creates innovative training and career development methods/products/services in areas where traditional methods have been ineffective or are not applicable. As an Advanced Medical Support Assistant, I review 50% of the work for all areas of HR including Staffing, ER/LR, Benefits. Interpret federal staffing and placement laws/policies. Assist in standard operating procedure (SOP) development. Conduct thorough review on personnel actions assigned to ensure actions adhere with all regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure data in each record has been captured accurately from nature of action, personnel information, and position record. Review employees' electronic official personnel file (eOPF) to verify legality and accuracy of processed actions. Generate 50% queries and reports from various computer systems as needed to retrieve information for data verification. Resolves issues through DCIPS and REMEDY systems. Develop 25% reporting procedures, trends analysis, and other measurements in various points of the HR process to identify areas of improvement. Provides advice and guidance from the interpretation and application of laws, regulations, policies, and practices for a variety of HR functions.

 

As an Advanced Medical Support Diversity Manager, I collect and analyze human capital data and statistics from multiple sources. This involves gathering information on employee demographics, such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, and disability status.
