Hello, I'm a 50 year old Army Veteran, customer service specialist, professional vocalist and film actor. But mostly, I'm a problem solver. Nothing brings me more joy than to be able to help a client solve the issues they are facing and help enrich their lives. I have always felt it to be an honor to be able to serve my country, my community, in a variety ways for the last 10 years. I have a core belief that has helped me along the way. The definition of the problem is the performance specification of the solution. If you define the problem, the solution presents itself. This principle has guided me for a many years in a multitude of ways.
