Worked food and beverage for more than 30 years.  Kitchen, back and front of the house, management.  Order from the liquor store, beer vendors, Coke and Pepsi.  Great with member interaction. 

Education

Went to college for a few year and decided it wasn’t for me. Went to culinary school and started working at my current job.  Started in the kitchen, worked my way up to line cook .  Wanted to try front of the house and loved it!  So many fun people to interact with and they liked me.
