Dominique Ragland

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and integrative health. With experience in patient education, community workshops, and holistic care, I specialize in making complex health concepts practical and accessible. I am passionate about teaching future healthcare professionals and bringing a student-centered, clinically-informed approach to online and academic instruction.

Dr. Dominique Ragland is a licensed chiropractor with over five years of experience in holistic health care, patient education, and clinical nutrition. She has provided hands-on chiropractic care, soft tissue therapies, and wellness guidance across multiple practices in the Bay Area, including her own clinic. Her background includes designing and leading health education workshops, teaching anatomy and biomechanics to patients, and developing accessible wellness resources. With additional training in Ayurveda and international study in India and Colombia, Dr. Ragland brings a culturally informed, integrative approach to health sciences and is now expanding into academic teaching in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Dr. Dominique Ragland holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, where she completed advanced coursework in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and clinical nutrition. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Science with a minor in Ayurveda Wellness from Maharishi International University. Her education includes a six-week immersion at a teaching hospital in India focused on nutrition, culinary therapy, and bodywork, as well as an internship in Medellín, Colombia, where she delivered a wellness talk in Spanish to adolescent girls. These experiences reflect her strong foundation in both Western and Eastern health sciences, as well as her ability to communicate complex topics across diverse learning environments.
