Management is what I was born to do if you ask me. Hi, My name is Diana, and I believe I have an amazing skill in management positions as I have the proper demeaner and Customer service is one of my strong suites that I am proud to say and love to do! Especially in the world of business, if we do not have the clients we would all be out of a career, and in order to keep said clients coming back is the trustworthy customer service we as employees provide our clients because after all its a proven fact the best form and the most listened to for of advertisement is by word of mouth. And if they are happy their reviews and words about what we stand for is going to be ear catching and bring more business. And that's where an amazing manger comes into play. you cannot expect your team to be successful if your management team is not up to date with the products and operations at hand and has a welcoming personality to the teammates the manager is overseeing  cause that's the only way to grow and if our teammates are scared to come to the leader with questions then the customer service is not going to be the greatest. I love helping people and I am a self-starter. i believe if you are not 10 mins early for your shift then you are late because we need to be ready to work at example. 10Am not just pulling into the parking lot. I understand life happens and I like to help people who have life happen more often the others to achieve that balance. I have some decent expertise in this role I'm looking for and I hope you find me a great fit within your company. I ran a Privately owned Gas Station for a little over 2 years in Iowa from 2019-2021. i also was in a teller position from teller 11 to lead teller for 4.5 years back in 2008-2012 in Georgia. I have worked in a not so fancey bar as well so i know how to properly handle customers whoo are not so easy to deal with for about 2.5 years after the bank in North Dakota

I Got my GED here in Missouri in 2003 and as much as I would have loved to go back to school I have not perused my schooling due to being a mom had come first.
