Dhan Koirala is a versatile professional with hands-on experience in system administration, cybersecurity, and military operations. He trained at Microsoft Software & Systems Academy, mastering Windows Server, Azure, and Linux, and earned multiple certifications including Security+ and Linux+. As a Cyber Operations Sergeant in the Army Reserve, he gained expertise in Windows, Linux, and cyber fundamentals. He led admin and mechanical teams, processed 1,500+ forms with zero errors, trained 200+ personnel, and built Excel systems to streamline workflows. His leadership in retail and military roles consistently improved performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
