I am currently employed with Sante Health, in which I am the Utilization Managements Quality Assurance Manager. I have a very strong work ethic and take pride in being the best at my job. This is shown through my work which has progressed my career and placed me in management. Prior to this position I was employed with Adventist Health, again, in a management role where I gained clinical experience. Some positive attributes I feel I poses that can deem your business beneficial  include:

Adventist Health- LVN Lead- 6 years experience - Duties: Manage  team of approx. 15 employees, which included payroll, time off, scheduling, assignments, etc. Upholding quality metrics, ensuring our office stayed within code, performed audits, ordering office supplies/clinic supplies, patient care, blood draws, injections, ensuring optimal patient care. I worked with many specialties during my time at Adventist such as: OB/GYN, ORTHO, PEDS, Psych, General Surgery, General family practice. 
 

Sante Health - Quality Assurance Manager - 4 years - Duties: Work directly with the Medical Director of the company (Dr. Michael Synn). Engage in several health plan meetings ranging from commercial lines of business to Medicare and MediCal. Process denial letters, ensure timeliness within our team, final reviewer on denied authorizations, member management, department event coordinator.
