• Serves as the principal administrator responsible for performance of a variety of technical, analytical, advisory and coordinating duties for the USAR Unit Commander in accomplishing the overall functions of the unit

• Performs all duties and functions as the UA to include but not limited to, finance submissions, pay issues, administrative processing of promotion packets, birth month audits, evaluations, medical vouchers, TA & MGIB assistance,RLAS & ITRS maintenance, RFO requests, and SRP updates

•Serves as the key point of contact regarding recruitment and retention for the unit representing the Commander on-program matters with support of the higher headquarters
