  • Supports HR operations by reading, interpreting and applying civilian personnel rules, regulations, directives, policies and procedures issued by the agency, OPM & Merit Systems Protection Board and other regulatory bodies. Plans, coordinates, implements and administers assigned programs within the framework of established policy and stated requirements. 
  • Consults with management officials to provide HR input, advice and recommendations to line management decisions and participate in organizational management meetings offering HR perspectives. Apply new classification standards upon receipt from OPM by reclassification of existing Position Descriptions or rewriting as necessary.  
  • Advises management of serviced organizations on staffing and recruitment activities. Coordinates with HR service provider on appropriate measures to fill vacancies. Consults with organization management on matters of restructuring, reorganization and position management.  
  • Conducts briefings for management and union representatives to explain the process and how the placements were determined; counsels affected employees on rights and entitlements. 
  • Onboarding Program Manager managing eight personnel responsible for ensuring that new employees are  effectively integrated into the organization.  Design and implement onboarding programs that facilitate a smooth transition for newcomers and enhance retention.
  • Creating orientation sessions that introduce company culture, policies, and expectations to new hires.   Managing training sessions to familiarize employees with the company's standards and procedures.
  • Collaborating with HR and other teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. 
  • Train over 500 Leaders and Onboarders in four months advising how to operate the Onboarding Application, ensure continuity and operational efficiency.  Provide guidance on hiring challenges and systems access to strengthen overall team capability.
  •   Served as TrainingProgram Manager providing advice and guidanceto Senior Leadership Team and personnel assigned to CONUS International Office and OCONUS activities regarding Acquisition Corps Workforce training courses, local overseas and national training course administered via Video Teleconference and MS Teams.  
  • Facilitated and coordinated roundtable meeting with Senior Leadership to devised plans to ensure personnel receives adequate assistance obtaining training courses and certification in a timely manner.
