I have worked as a contractor for state of Delaware, as Adjudication Support, Administrative Assistance as well as claim and processor. I have worn many hats, as computer science instructor, Economics and Business Administrato, Secretary for The Salvation Army, Manager of a storage facility, my experience in customer service, sales, collection agent and support for the housing authority for the state of Florida has taught me many things about customers, clients and people in general. People want to be treated like they have value, respect and are listened to as a person. Living by these rules has help me succeed in my many roles.
