As a certified physical therapy specialist, I offer PT care for pain, injuries and other musculoskeletal issues. The goals of physical therapy are to relieve pain, restore function, increase mobility and improve your quality of life.

Dawn Sandalcidi is the leading expert in the field of pediatric incontinence in physical therapy, and leads national trainings of professionals interested in evaluation and treatment of TMJ, back and neck, and pelvic floor muscle conditions.

Education

  • Degree in physical therapy in 1982 from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. 
  • Extensive international postgraduate studies in manual and manipulative therapy of the spine and extremities in Germany, Switzerland and New Zealand
  • Rocabado Certified Manual Therapist (RCMT) and instructor for the spine, pelvis and TMJ
  • Board Certified Biofeedback in Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction (BCB-PMD)
  • American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) 
  • APTA Section on Women’s Health since 1994
