- While serving as a Platoon Sergeant /Commander - A few of many examples consist of: Operation Foal Eagle in Po Hang Korea from 05 - 20 Jan 1999; the NATO Peacekeeping Operations between the Serbians and Albanians from 21 March - 14 July 2001; bilateral exercise training with the French Foreign Legend and several other foreign military governments while in Jordan, Kuwait, and the Horn of Africa from Jan - Feb 2007.
- During combat operations while working as a Command Operations Center (COC) Specialist, managed and tracked over 2,000 personnel during several combatant conflicts to better communication strategic offensive and defensive decisions while attached to 2/2 Echo Company.
- During OIF / OEF while attached to 2/2 Echo Company and while serving as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant/Commander, individually managed, mentored, and led over 360 personnel during combat operations which assisted in aiding in sustaining not one injury in the battlefield.
Cryptography Security Management and Classified Material Control Officer (CMCC)

- Manages the physical security and accountability of over $15K worth of Classified Physical Communication Security (COMSEC) equipment all while receiving a 100% on every annual COMSEC Inspection conducted by his higher COMSEC Inspectors as dictated on his performance fitness reports.
- Identified and corrected numerous discrepancies and updated and improved Security Policy while with 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion and was further rewarded the Navy Commendation Medal for the multitude of improvements to security procedures and COMSEC accountability.
- Volunteered and served the additional duty as Classified Material Control (CMCC) Officer which maintained strict physical security, control, and accountability of 350 Classified Material. Established a 100% on every CMCC Inspection ever administered.
- Trained and inspected over 45 Local Element COMSEC Custodians on the proper Communication Security (COMSEC) physical security procedures; COMSEC equipment accountability; and the handling of classified COMSEC Equipment and Cryptography Key.
- Manages the accountability and destruction of 6,000 pieces of classified electronic cryptographic encryption key and the proper destruction of over 2,000 pieces of classified COMSEC physical encryption key using the Electronic Key Management System.
Substance Abuse Control Officer (SACO)
United States Marine Corps, Various Locations- Jacksonville, NC July 2010 to July 2011
- Properly processed, collected, shipped, and tracked 15,776 entry-level student urinalysis tests without any legal discrepancies.
- Utilized initiative in creating and conducting several Drug and Alcohol Awareness Classes, several On-Site Drug and Alcohol Awareness Events, and the creation of several influential Drug Abuse Posters that the Marine Corps still uses today.
- Utilized his Curriculum Development background in fixing and updating the unit's Drug and Alcohol Awareness Program. He was specially chosen to fix the programming that it was in dire need of repair. The program went from failing to overly mission capable during the duration he served as the unit's SACO.
- Scheduled and tracked all drug and alcohol abusers to ensure they are attending their clinical initial assessments and substance control treatments.
- Received several awards for initiative and accomplishment and was continuously annotated on his fitness reports as being the best Staff NCO that his Reporting Officer had ever worked with in his 20 years of experience.
Curriculum Developer/ Formal Instructor and Trainer / Academics Specialist

- Following the Systems Approach to Training (SAT Manual) and using the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) developed 6 Program of Instructions (POI) and several Master Lesson Files (MLF).
- Conducted 3 Curriculum Review Boards (CCRBs)to gather the best recommendations from the Subject Matter Experts while serving as a Water Survival Instructor Trainer. This is where the senior SMEs worked together, created, and implemented new swim qualifications that the entire Marine Corps still uses today.
- Graded over 600 End of Course Critiques (ECC) and conducted 45 Instructor Evaluation Checklists that assigned to improving the quality of instruction and analyzing any deficiencies.
- Updated and revised Standard Operations Procedures while serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Water Survival Instructor Trainer, and while at the serving as a Combat Instructor.
- Volunteered and served the additional duty as a Classified Material Control Officer (CMCC) which maintained strict physical security, control, and accountability of 350 Classified Material. Established a 100% on every CMCC Inspection ever administered.
- Conducted over 100 Formal classes utilizing the GOLMEST military methodology of formal instruction will serving as a Water Survival Instructor and Trainer, Combat Instructor, and Substance Abuse Counselor.
Command Center Specialist / Logistical and Physical Security Manager

- Updated and improved the Emergency Actions Plan (EAP) for the Higher Echelon Command Building that lowered the EAP response completion time by 4 ½ minutes.
- Served as an administrative and physical security control point for the Higher Echelon Command Building that protected any unauthorized personnel access into Top Secret / SCI classified areas.
- Processed and disseminated over 1200 classified Personnel Casualty Reports / Serious Incident Reports messages through the Global Command and Control System to authorized recipients.
- In charge of managing classified telecommunication links to provide exact locations to Higher Echelon Command of where all their combat units were located at any given time throughout the country.
