David Eng-Wong

I am a pastor with 12 years of experience with a heart for bridging the academy and the church. I am seeking a position that will make the most of my educational and ministerial background, whether in the classroom or in the pulpit in response to my calling and vocation to foster the thriving of
Christian education.

Through my time as a pastor I have developed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I specialize in developing accessible teaching curricula for audiences from high school to adults that attends to their particular life contexts.

• Design and facilitation of various educational initiatives in a church setting: bible studies, small groups, sermon series, and retreats
• Conflict resolution between congregants as well as general pastoral counseling 
• Experience in organizational logistics - planning, coordinating, and executing long and short term projects including church mergers, building acquisition, and grant writing

• Lecturing experience at the graduate level
