Hi there! I've got tech experience going back to the age of 14. I'm a Yale graduate and currently studying Entrepreneurship online through Hinds Community College.

Many involving data manipulation and/or presentation including the use of matplotlib to show data from a PostgreSQL database (also experience in manipulation of said types of databases).

Senior Project: Dish Pit Bubbleblast VR Game
Using Unity’s XR Interactions Toolkit to make a fun, fast-paced dishwashing game in VR.
• Immersive VR interaction, virtual reality controller becomes a kitchen sprayer in the 3D world.
• Substances (ex: cheese) are simulated on dirty plates and removed with tools (ex: sprayer).
• Implementation involved attention to detail, problem solving, and oral communication (presentation).

(April 2021) 
Class Project: Web-Based Chat Messaging System (HTML, CSS, API)
Implemented the PeerJS API to create a simple Chrome Browser Extension; two users can exchange IDs  and engage in text-based chat with each other over a peer-to-peer connection.

Gulf Coast Data Concepts: Web Application Developer (Frontend & Backend)
GCDC, an accelerometer & research equipment co.
Examples:
• Created a vineyard data app that integrated a QR scanning API and stored data for each vineyard  plant in an SQL database that was accessible via web app by scanning the plant’s QR code via camera.
• Configured a search engine to work with an existing SQL database of electronics parts.
• Briefly worked on software that graphed accelerometer data using a drawing API.
• Implementation of features required creative thinking, problem solving, and oral communication to boss.

(May 2016 – August 2016)
Freelance: Lua Gameplay Scripting (Lua, 3D Vector Math, Game Programming) 
Was contracted and paid by various online gaming server owners from the jobs section of  “ScriptFodder” (now called “Gmodstore”) to understand clients’ needs & write code:
Examples:
• Automated powerup/reward system when players in ‘deathmatch’ achieved a certain number of kills.
• Advanced spectator mode in deathmatch system; players could  walk around as a “ghost” but not be seen by those who were still alive.
• 3D Preview of purchasable weapon skins in the “pointshop” system. 
• Implementation of features required creative thinking, problem solving in detail, and customer service.

Long Term Hobby Project: Online Roleplaying Game Scripted in Lua
Features include:
• In-Depth Character Creation System: Each Character’s Playermodel, Physical Description, and  Inventory saved in external SQL database and loaded when that character is selected.
• Class-based Item System using metatables; each in-game item is a new instance of the class. 
• Chat & Viewable Character Physical Description with relevant networking procedures.
• Physical Server in Dallas I configured via SSH to host the game server and its website online.
