Darby Pieroni

Darby oversees GYC’s human resources and operations. This includes recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations and best practices for policies and procedures to name a few.

Born and raised in Montana, Darby has grown up exploring, camping, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying many of the nooks and crannies of the West. With a B.S. in business and a love for the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, it is to no surprise Darby found working with the Greater Yellowstone Coalition a perfect fit. Calling Bozeman, Montana home for nearly four decades, Darby is proud that her work contributes to protecting this special place. When not at work you will find Darby enjoying Montana's outdoor playgrounds with her husband, two children, and canine.
