Danielle Kuwitzky

I am eager to get my foot in the Human Resources field, building on my Business Associate’s degree in Human Resources and hands-on support experience. I have worked across several HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll, and managing accounts receivables, while also applying my skills in basic accounting. With this background, I bring both administrative and people-focused strengths that I’m excited to grow into a full HR role.

Since October 2023, I have been serving as an Administrative Assistant at Gold’s Drywall Inc., where I provide both HR and administrative support. In this role, I assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management, as well as coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. I help administer employee benefits, process time-off requests, and track attendance while maintaining HR compliance documentation and supporting audits. Additionally, I contribute to employee communications and company event planning. On the accounting side, I review client purchase orders for accuracy, prepare and send invoices, post payments, reconcile accounts, and monitor overdue balances while following up with customers in a professional manner. I also handle billing inquiries and ensure timely resolutions to maintain smooth financial operations.

I earned my high school diploma from Garden Grove High School in 2020 and recently completed my Business Associate’s degree in Human Resources at Orange Coast College in 2024. My studies provided me with a strong foundation in HR principles, business operations, and organizational management, preparing me to apply both technical knowledge and practical skills in a professional HR setting.
