Operations Planner

• Uses SAP ERP to create production orders, delivery reports, planned independent requirements, transferred material between plants, batches, & warehouses, coordinates pricing for raw materials, post goods issue, manages inventory levels for stock and PO items, ran inventory reports with MRP
• Manages production, logistics, and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery with the supply chain while also coordinating new project startups and trials to meet launch timing and demand with S&OP.
• Utilized problem solving skills to troubleshoot any challenges that arose during the planning process.
• Calculated figures, such as required amounts of labor and materials, manufacturing costs, and wages, using pricing schedules, adding machines, calculators, and computers.
• Compiled and prepared documentation related to production sequences, transportation, personnel schedules, and purchase, maintenance, and repair orders.
• Planned production commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using sales forecasts.
• Conferred with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
• Arranged for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedules.
• Monitored inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics
