Throughout my 25 of experience as a physician assistant, I have developed a solid foundation in patient care, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning. The link between spine health and mental health has been proven and is a complex and bidirectional relationship. Physical health, including the health of the spine, can have a significant impact on mental well-being, and conversely, mental health can influence physical health, including conditions related to the spine.
