As an accomplished finance professional, I am deeply passionate about the aviation industry. My expertise lies in financial modeling, risk assessment, and forecasting. I thrive in dynamic environments, where accuracy and foresight drive decision-making. 

As an accomplished Financial Controller, I played a pivotal role at The Heliteam, overseeing both finance and HR functions. During my tenure, I facilitated substantial business growth, driving annual revenue from $3 million in 2020 to $6 million in 2022.

My contributions extended beyond The Heliteam. I was instrumental in the development and launch of SpeedBird, a startup that rapidly scaled to a medium-sized organization with 65+ employees and $20 million in gross revenues by the end of 2022. As Vice President of Finance at Speedbird, I led critical initiatives, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), banking relationships, and asset management.

Additionally, I established a dedicated HR department for Speedbird, hiring an HR director to streamline operations. My leadership skills were further demonstrated during the successful merger with Northern Jet Management in May 2023, ensuring seamless integration across finance and HR functions.
