Daniel Zacharczuk

With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Daniel is a seasoned General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in food & beverage. Skilled in operations management; team leadership/mentorship; developing performance and productivity processes; zero waste practices; and fostering a healthy workplace culture.

Consistency, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional product within range of acceptability within the boundaries of curating a prime guest experience while maintaining a holistic workplace environment have been the most meaningful principles that I've learned during my time as a hospitality professional in the last 17 years. From TGI Friday's to craft cocktail bars to opening over a dozen food and/or beverage venues, my passion lies in what we do to take care of people and how we do it. 

Bachelor's of Fine Art in Photography, the Fine Arts program at Cal State University of Fullerton provided a pluralistic learning experience that included installation art, performance art and mixed new media.
