In addition, compiled assessments and provided guidance to various clients with intent of purchase site or increase throughput / eliminate quality concerns. I led topical product expansion for client through CMO relations and development, and Head of Operations responsible for all aspects of contract manufacturing and technical functions, with focus on increasing capacity through OpEx.
