I'm an Organizational Change Manager with expertise in workplace behavior. My key strengths include streamlining HR operations & enhancing positive workplace culture.

My career history includes 5 years at Consilio a Legal Tech services where I started as a Recruiting Coordinator and then promoted to Operations Analyst. During this time I led our departmental data storytelling, HR modernization, process improvements, workflow optimization and all new hire on-boarding and training initiatives. I served as a generalist having a hand in payroll and benefits administration, employee engagement, mentorship programs and performance management.
