With a background in career exploration (since 2019) and job development (since 2020), I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate employment barriers and discover career paths that fit their strengths, goals, and values. Whether it’s coordinating job shadows, building employer partnerships, or preparing someone for their first interview—I’m committed to empowering each person I work with.

Before moving into workforce development, I spent 12 years in childcare, which gave me a strong foundation in patience, communication, and person-centered support. That experience continues to inform the empathy and care I bring to my work today.
