I’m a military veteran, AAU Junior Olympic medalist, and lifelong athlete who’s been coaching since 2011. With 14 years of experience as a NASM‑certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I help active adults stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age.

Movement has shaped my entire life—from Army softball to competitive kickball, from kayaking to sand volleyball. I know firsthand that staying active isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, having fun, and building a body that supports the life you want to live.

I’m a NASM‑Certified Personal Trainer and fitness leader with 14+ years of experience helping people transform their bodies, mindset, and lifestyle through education, accountability, and science‑based coaching. My career spans personal training, small‑group coaching, fitness sales, and multi‑level leadership—giving me a unique ability to connect with clients while also driving business growth and operational excellence.

I started my journey at 24 Hour Fitness, where I spent seven years building a strong foundation in corrective exercise, program design, member engagement, and team leadership. From there, I joined Training for Warriors Ft. Worth as a Personal Trainer and Assistant Manager, coaching individuals and groups while supporting sales, team development, and studio operations.

Today, as VP of Sales Operations at Enso Studio 360, I lead sales strategy, client acquisition, and program development. I design customized training programs focused on functional strength, mobility, and corrective movement, and I prioritize creating exceptional client experiences that lead to long‑term success. I also collaborate on pricing strategy, membership structure, community outreach, and business development to support the studio’s continued growth.
