After 20 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, I am filled with pride and gratitude as I transition into civilian life. The Corps has instilled in me unwavering discipline, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to excellence—qualities that I now carry forward with enthusiasm into the next chapter of my professional journey. While bidding farewell to the uniform is bittersweet, I am energized by the opportunity to apply my leadership and problem-solving skills in new arenas. The Marine Corps has prepared me to face challenges head-on, and I am eager to contribute meaningfully in a civilian capacity, continuing to serve with the same dedication and integrity that defined my military career.

I am an accomplished managerial leader with over 19 years of progressive leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in sales, recruiting, training, human resources, and talent acquisition across a vast region. I have successfully led operations spanning eight recruiting stations and over 1,000,000 square miles, consistently surpassing performance goals.

I have demonstrated expertise in training development, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement. As a Training Team Management Trainer, I have led leadership development efforts, enhanced operational efficiency, and implemented evaluation systems that improved performance standards. In my role as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, I have exceeded recruitment targets for six straight years, developed impactful training programs, and mentored future leaders.

I hold a degree in Human Resource Management and I am Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. My leadership style is marked by a data-driven approach, team empowerment, and alignment of talent strategies with organizational goals.

I hold a Master’s in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from American Military University, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA in August 2024. I’m currently pursuing my MBA with a focus in Project Management, and I’m on track to complete it by November 2025. I also earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from American Military University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in October 2022.
