The background I have in credentialing extends into different settings from Managed Care to Hospital based credentialing.  My education consists of earning my Masters in Business Administration and also a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  My studies included Organizational leadership, business research, statistics, medical terminology and Lean Six Sigma.  
I have the ability to monitor and evaluate credentialing processes, make suggestions for improvements and to provide support to various internal and external medical teams that work in the field. My personal skills include excellent problem solving, time management and Six Sigma knowledge that make it possible to keep operations running smoothly. They also include having strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality that helps to create an efficient and welcoming environment. 
I have excellent communication skills with the ability to correspond with all personnel levels and to represent your facility in a professional manner that will help build a positive image for your organization. My knowledge includes being familiar with Managed care, IPA and hospital policies and procedures in addition to accreditation agencies such as NCQA, CMS and JCAHO and other regulatory agencies associated with the medical profession. 

28+ years of credentialing experience within a Managed Care, IPA and Hospital setting.
