Clarence Epps

I’m a 17-year-old high school student with a strong interest in accounting and a dream of becoming a tax manager in the future. I enjoy learning new things, especially when it comes to understanding how finances work and how accounting helps businesses and individuals succeed.

I’m passionate about helping others and pushing myself to grow, both personally and professionally. Through my involvement in business clubs like FBLA and DECA, I’ve gained hands-on exposure to business concepts, teamwork, and leadership, and it’s motivated me to continue learning more about the accounting field.

I’m organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from real-world experiences. I’m excited about the opportunity to gain practical knowledge through an accounting internship and contribute with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

I worked as a sales associate at Five Below from December 2024 to September 2025, where I assisted customers, handled cash transactions, and supported daily store operations. I was trusted with cash handling during closing, which strengthened my attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility. This role also helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

I am a student at First Colonial High School with coursework in Accounting and Marketing and active involvement in FBLA and DECA.
