I am a dedicated and experienced home assistant with a strong background in household management, childcare, organization, and daily support.

I currently work as a personal home assistant, helping families with tasks like home organization, cleaning, meal prep, childcare, and overall household upkeep. I focus on creating smooth, supportive home environments tailored to each family’s unique routines and needs.

Previously, I worked in a wellness setting as a lead spa associate and also provided housekeeping support, where I learned how to create calming, welcoming spaces that support well-being and productivity.

I have a personal background in mindfulness, holistic living, and mental wellness, developed over six years in intentional living communities. I bring this thoughtful and balanced approach to every home I support, helping individuals and families stay organized and feel more at ease in their day-to-day lives.

In my last job as Lead Spa Associate at Menla Mountain Buddhist Retreat Center at the Dewa Spa, as well as continuing the relationship as a private housekeeper for the spa, I cultivate spaces that enhance beauty, productivity and well-being. With a background in holistic living, mindfulness, and mental health—shaped by six years in holistic, mindful

communities and studies—I support individuals in managing demanding schedules while cultivating balance and

harmony at home.
