Hi, I am currently an undergraduate student at Louisiana State University. I am pursuing a major in Information Systems and Analytics and minor in Communication Studies. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese. I am still learning French.

At Prompt Computer Center – New Orleans, LA                                                              

I would provide cybersecurity assistance to 15+ clients, ensuring clients are aware of security setups and service protocols. I assisted with the repair of 30+ hardware pieces, leading to 20+ hardware being sold to customers. We would diagnose various network issues such as malware, Wi-Fi installation, and hardware setup for 20+ clients, resolving 90% of network issues. I would manage the inventory of hardware pieces by utilizing private cloud server, resulting in an accurate 100% count of facilities property bi-weekly.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems and Analytics at Louisiana State University. My graduation date is set for 2026.
