- Partnered with and supported the MGH Community Advisory Board (CAB) to strategically allocate $63 million in Community Health Impact Funds for social impact initiatives in housing & food insecurities, mental health, education, and economic mobility.
- As a member of the leadership team, played a pivotal role in shaping an integrated community health strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning system-wide initiatives to advance equity and impact across the MGB enterprise
- Oversaw regulatory compliance and triennial assessments for MGH and Mass Eye & Ear.
