As Associate Vice President of Operations at Colwen Hotels, I orchestrate multifaceted operations across numerous properties, driving efficiency and profitability while overseeing significant F&B initiatives. At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, I excelled as a Hotel Manager in prestigious locations like Boston and Silicon Valley, consistently achieving record profitability and spearheading innovative strategies in rooms, F&B, and spa management. With a Diploma in Hotel Management from Ecole Les Roches, Swiss Hotel Management School in 1994 and completion of the General Manager Academy at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 2017, I have cultivated a robust educational foundation blending theoretical knowledge with practical expertise in hospitality management.
