With 18 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry, I am a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent for the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT). For the past 5 years, I have served KDOT with integrity and precision, delivering accurate property valuations and expertly managing right-of-way acquisitions that support vital statewide infrastructure projects. My career is built on technical excellence, strong ethical standards, and a genuine dedication to serving the communities of Kansas.
