I am a rising senior at UCSB and am actively searching for employment opportunities in customer service and hospitality. I have experience working as a Member Services Agent at the Montecito Club. 

Experience

In freshman year I worked as a Member Services Agent at the Montecito Club where my responsibilities included: 

• creating/upholding a welcoming, luxurious, and hospitable experience for members and their guests.

• check in all members prior to their appointments, engagements, and meetings.

• oversee and allocate all incoming communications regarding reservations, information, requests, etc. 

• operate the POS, reservation system, and membership database for purchases, appointments, and inquiries

• assuring all members and guests are accounted for and tended to during the time on property 

• maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while assisting members with questions and requests.
