Experience
In my role as a Patient Care Technician II, I have gained significant expertise in collecting and documenting patient vital signs, managing electronic health records (EHR), and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. I’ve worked closely with interdisciplinary teams, contributed to process improvements, and played an integral role in enhancing patient care through data-driven decision support. Additionally, I’ve been involved in medical billing and coding, administrative support, and staff training, all of which have sharpened my ability to collaborate across functions and drive operational efficiency.
