Hello there, My name is Christian Santana I’m 21 years old, and currently a senior at Fresno State University. I have a life long passion about self improvement and I am majoring in Kinesiology which is the study of the body, and sports. It‘s my dream to help others out whether that may be with fitness such as nutrition, creating workout plans, or even just improving your mindset for your own mental health.
