I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share my background in technical recruiting. With over 10 years of experience across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Platforms, I have built a proven track record of supporting critical hiring efforts for multiple government agencies, including the NSA, CIA, NGA, DOS, and DOD. My focus has consistently been on sourcing highly cleared candidates, from Secret through TS/SCI with Polygraphs, to deliver on more than 50 cleared task orders.

My experience spans both the government contracting and commercial sectors, including small startups, mid-tier firms, and Fortune 100 enterprises—among them the world’s largest defense contractor. I have successfully recruited for roles in AI/ML research, Cloud and Cybersecurity engineering, as well as key corporate functions such as Supply Chain Management, Subject Matter Expertise, Business Development, and Facilities Operations.

I bring a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and the ability to adapt to a wide variety of hiring environments while maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality candidates who meet mission-critical needs.
