About Chris Mersch:

In my professional experience I have maintained success utilizing systems to maximize company profitability.  Responsibilities including recruiting, training, and coaching of associates. Developing management teams by promotions of exceling staff members. Maintaining food cost through proper ordering, and inventory control.  I have the ability to build schedules to maintain labor costs without sacrificing guest experience.  I have an outgoing personality and through it I'm able to earn the respect of my peers and the community.

Experience

I have worked most of my career in quick service restaurants, but recently moved into full service to broaden my experience.   In my professional career I have found my biggest passion is training and development.  I enjoy building training materials and helping other succeed.

Education

Though I never graduated college, I have gained knowledge through great leadership, and classes I take online or Linkedin.
