Sample of some of my professional accomplishments:

• Reconstruction of dorm bathroom, which had been inoperable for several years, was renovated and refinished in preparation to reopen for use. This, in turn,  allowed two dorm rooms to open up for client use, which added additional revenue at anywhere from $5,225 to $20,900 (two to four clients) per month. This has been done under a budget of less than $1,000, due to reaching out to local companies for donated services.
• Begun the reconstruction and beatifications of the company courtyards by using a team of volunteers to help with the operations of this project that is underway.  The goal of these efforts was to make the facility more visually appealing in order to help recruit clients when they come for a tour of the facility, as well as make current clients more comfortable for retention purposes. 
• While researching sources of potential funding to have the facility restored, discovered that the company could qualify to have the campus deemed as a historic site, which would allow a substantial amount of grants for the facility. On August 20, 2017, I reached out to the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP) and received correspondence back from National Register Historian, Callie Williams, with an application for consideration.  Ms. Williams communicated that their board meets three times per year in April, August, and December. I then presented the application to the company’s CEO, Sharon Giovinazzo, who stated that she would take over the handling of the application process.
• Located a free health care clinic, just four miles from campus, for the company's clients who may not possess adequate medical coverage or the financial means to cover themselves for medical attention. 
• Revised Housing policies, including the Petty Cash, Visitor Sign In/Out procedures, and several more in process of being restored for operational purposes.
