Chelsea Brown

Chelsea Brown, SHRM-SCP, is a results-driven human resources professional with extensive experience in community engagement, diversity and inclusivity initiatives, compliance, and training facilitation. She has a strong track record in donor stewardship, partnership management, and program coordination.

As the AmeriCorps Member Experience Director at City Year Philadelphia, Chelsea led compliance efforts, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and professional development programs for over 200 members. She successfully managed key partnerships, developed training curricula, and implemented feedback-driven improvements that enhanced engagement and retention.

Previously, as an Impact Manager, she led and coached teams to deliver academic and social-emotional interventions, achieving significant student engagement growth. She also developed strategic partnerships with school administrators and oversaw after-school program initiatives.

Chelsea is proficient in data management, project oversight, and HR software platforms like Workday and Culture Amp. She has a proven ability to optimize processes, enhance stakeholder relationships, and drive organizational success.
