Hello my name is Chans Norman. I am an Information Technology Specialist. I graduated recently from Gwinnett Tech with an associate’s degree in Information Security. I have a wife, three kids, I work full time and go to school full time online. Remote positions are what works best for me. I look forward to making some new connections and employment opportunities.

• Troubleshoots Micro Logic Controllers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). 
• Installs, tests, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of electronic instrumentation and controls. 
• Troubleshoots and repair all PC issues including hardware, software and network connectivity. 
• Performs routine back-ups of SCADA systems, PLC programs and the Hach WIMS Server to insure redundancy.

• Provided technical support and to AT&T wireless customers.
• Provided telephone and email support for external and internal customers for issues of moderate complexity.
• Analyzed, diagnosed, and delivered known solutions to known complex problems for end users.
• Escalated, dispatched and notified proper channels for any issues on behalf of the customer.
• Followed up with customers on closed issues; uses computerized system for tracking closed trouble calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Adhered to defined call center procedures and standards; and responded to internal and departmental requests as advised by the management team.
