I'm a Veteran of the USAF, I traveled alot with the branch. I've got 5+ years in Sales, 4 years with construction. My fitness journey began with football in high-school and a buddy of mine had a personal trainer. I would be allowed to tag on for free and with that the rest is history. I want to give that discipline and joy from training that still brings me joy to my life!
