What may interest you most about my background is my deep understanding of Offshoring and how globalization can transform industries.  From the onset of my career, I gained hands-on international exposure, including establishing multi-country Import Operations in Asia.  The end resulted was: streamlined production and supply chain processes, dramatically reduced costs, decreased prices and increased demand for products, acquisition of new customers, and entry into new markets.  This experience provides me with a keen ability to recognize key performance improvements that globalization makes possible, savvy in developing proactive strategies to capture them, and the cultural literacy necessary to set companies on course for success in the global marketplace.  

Furthermore, built into my background is an ability to cultivate productive relationships and credibility with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders, communicate a clear and compelling vision, and champion synergy across various functional teams towards a common goal.  My empowering management style has significantly contributed to growing both people and the bottom line, while enhancing team engagement and creating accountable, thriving cultures.
