About Celia Lacey:

Personal trainer with experience teaching group exercise and working one-on-one with clients. I am passionate about getting people moving to promote healthy aging and support their lifestyle longevity. I have experience working with many populations including both athletes and clinical cardiac patients. As a current senior in an Exercise Science Bachelor's program, I am seeking more experience to broaden my skill set and set a strong foundation for my future career. 

Experience

I have 2 years as a personal trainer at the University of New Hampshire and am completing a practicum in cardiac rehabilitation. I have extensive hands-on experience from my undergraduate program including designing strength or cardiac-focused programs, exercise-testing techniques, data collection, and research writing.
