team management including copywriting, graphic design, content creation, and product

• Strategized and executed the move to a new eCom site that offered the company’s

• Oversaw content of 550K IG followers, 100K+ email list, 80 influencers, & 7-figure eCom sales.
• Researched and oversaw the implementation of a new inventory management system for
our 3PL Fulfillment partner which reduced customer service complaints by 55%.
• Researched and developed relationships with international manufacturers and oversaw
product development on all exclusive products with 80%+ profit margins.
