I’ve had a diverse and extensive business experience, ranging from retail sales and team management to real-time sales and inventory tracking. I’ve also ventured into business ownership, directly interacting with clients throughout the entire print and web site production lifecycle. Additionally, I’ve coordinated facility maintenance, single-handedly overseeing the daily operations of a 16-acre campus. This involved tasks such as vetting, selecting, and directly communicating with contractors and subcontractors, among other responsibilities. 

My passion for cybersecurity was ignited by the tragic passing of my grandmother in 2018, it came to lite that two years prior, she had fallen victim to a social engineering attack and lost her entire retirement fund. Witnessing her decline fueled my desire to educate myself and others about these threats. To that end, I dedicated myself to studying cybersecurity, and obtained my ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity “CC” Certification in October 2024. In December 2024, I further enhanced my skills by obtaining my CompTIA Security+ Certification.

As the Facility Maintenance Coordinator for Saint Jude Catholic Church,  I was solely responsible for the daily coordination of maintaining a 16-acre property, which included four buildings on-site and a residential property off-site. My duties included budgeting, inventory tracking, project management, vendor selection and vetting, as well as maintenance responsibilities.

My prior experiences include my time as the owner of User Friendly Hardware where I oversaw digital prepress workflows, including photo editing, illustration, and page layout, to ensure high-quality print outputs. I also designed logos, websites, and digital media with precision and a focus on technical excellence. Additionally, I created and implemented online sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns. 

I was also responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware and software suites used for producing graphics, etc.

Prior experience also includes retail sales, inventory tracking, and team management.

In 2024 I completed the CyberUp program earning my Comp TIA Security + Certification. In addition to this I completed the ISC2 CC certification process, earning my ISC2 CC Certification. 

I also hold an Associates of Science Degree in Graphic Design, earned from the Denver Institute of Technology, September 1994.
