I am a communications professional with a strong background in customer experience, marketing support, and creative media. With over seven years of experience in customer-facing roles, I’ve developed expertise in relationship building, problem-solving, and delivering engaging brand experiences.
My academic foundation—a Bachelor’s in Communications with a business concentration—paired with hands-on experience in retail, marketing, and media production, allows me to bridge strategy with execution. I bring 7+ years of customer-facing and communications experience across retail, hospitality, and creative industries. At The VU Cinema Café and Roaster (2019–2025), I managed customer service, technical troubleshooting, and media catalog systems, building long-term client relationships and improving retention. At Patagonia (2022–2023), I guided customers through product education and repair services, contributing to loyalty and brand engagement. Earlier, at Marine Layer (2017–2019), I consistently exceeded sales goals while handling keyholder responsibilities and operations management.
In addition to retail and service roles, I have strong creative and communications experience. I’ve produced and promoted independent music projects, hosted a video web series highlighting local artists, and developed digital content using Adobe Suite, Canva, and Ableton. This mix of customer engagement, technical adaptability, and creative communication gives me a unique skill set for roles in communications, marketing support, and customer experience.
Education
I earned an Associate’s Degree in Sociology from Bunker Hill Community College, where I developed a strong foundation in social systems, equity, and community dynamics. I then completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Business Concentration at Southern New Hampshire University, where I gained skills in communication strategy, marketing, and organizational practices.
