I'm kind, compassionate diligent in my job. I have very good problem solving skills along with descalation skills when needed I've  been doing this job for 20+ years and I genuinel  enjoy the patients, families and other medical professionals that you get to work with and get to learn from. I'm witty when appropriate and compassionate and empathetic when the situation needs that kind of care and attention. I just love meeting all the people that we get to interact with.

I feel like I've literally worked in every unit or area of healthcare. L&D, Hospice, Assisted Living, CNA night shift coordinator, PCT on the medsurge, women's health, ICU, and one to one care. I'm not afraid to learn anything new and love to learn more job skills
