•Developed and implemented a proprietary app called Beekeeper, creating customized media feeds exclusive to each department for management to experiment with communicating safety and operational information to hourly employees. 

•Joined the transportation, production, and warehouse departments during their shifts, learning what they wanted to see on Beekeeper and bringing that information back to my supervisor to develop our templates. 

•Signed over 50 hourly employees onto the new Beekeeper app network. 

PDXENT & Audiology Medical Group, Portland, OR Summer 2022 Office Assistant, Administration and Billing

•Picked up compliance rules for federal law under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, uploading scans to patient portals to keep patient files up to date and confidential. 

•Worked with the billing department to call patients, track overdue payments; making notes of patient interactions and keeping office payments up to date.

•Managed and organized medical inventory for ease of access and convenient replacement. 

HOME Youth and Resource Center, Salem, OR Spring 2018 Volunteer Coordinator, Activity and Experience

•Used ethnography to collect data on how nonprofits manage their inventory, store and prepare food, and anticipate future needs. 

•Wrote a thesis arguing for the value of economy orders of products months in advance to free capital for use by nonprofits.
