I have worked in customer service for 40 years.  I enjoy Interacting with customers and getting them excited about new products.  

I have worked in customer service for many years, both in a group and individual settings.  

My career as a Surgical Technologist was provided daily educational opportunities.  Both with new equipment, and when working with people.  An important part of my job, was providing a calm environment while working under stressful situations.   I have learned that a positive attitude draws people in and creates an interest in the project at hand.
